Perotto Law LLP is a small firm specializing in estate planning, business law, estate and trust administration, commercial and residential real estate, elder law, asset protection planning under Medicaid laws and employee sponsored retirement plan audits.
We feel that the size of our firm is of great benefit to our clients as it allows us to provide individual attention and we work collaboratively with other professional advisors to fully serve each client’s needs. Our attorneys are also licensed to practice law in other warmer states, including North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida, which allows us to service our clients who relocate there from Rochester.
Our firm was founded by Gay Perotto, Esq. in 1995. In 1998, Gay partnered with her longtime friend and colleague, Eugene Parrs, Esq. (currently of counsel). One decade later, we were happy to join as a partner, Mary E. Magee, Esq. (recently retired), who provided excellent services to our clients throughout her 15 years with the firm. In 2022, Gay’s son, Michael P. Perotto, Esq., joined Perotto Law LLP as an associate attorney and is eager to begin his legal career and to thoroughly service the needs of our clients.
On July 1st, 2022, our law office relocated from Greece, NY, to 121 Sully’s Trail, Suite #10, Pittsford, NY 14534 which is conveniently located off of Route 490, Bushnell’s Basin exit.
